Warranty
All wefted hair, tips, full and frontal lace wigs sold by Mariposa Lace Wigs are constructed, inspected and warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective product it MUST be returned immediately (within 3 days or less – even on weekends) to us before it is washed, colored, bleached, combed, styled, cut, or altered in anyway. Any type of alteration to the unit before inspection by Mariposa Lace Wigs will VOID this warranty. If you purchase a unit that you feel is shedding excessively, please contact us immediately. Your warranty covers excessive shedding within 14 days of purchase, except in cases where bleach, dye or other chemical alterations have been applied to the hair unit after purchase. We will provide a complimentary repair or replacement as soon as possible in the event that you receive a severely damaged/defective product.
 
MARIPOSA LACE WIGS ONLY OFFERS  EXCHANGES. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We highly recommend that you take your measurements and select/consider your options very carefully to avoid incurring fees from our exchange programs. We will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. A lace wig is an investment, and we want you to be happy with your Mariposa Lace Wig experience and final product.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible if you did not measure properly and your wig does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or dye lots. We recommend you visit a local beauty supply store to match and preview hair colors before ordering a color you are unsure of.

 
Order Revisions/Cancellation:
All sales are final. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. Only store credit is available for stopped orders. If you wish to revise a Custom Lace Wig order (ie. hair color, cap style, etc.) , you must email us within 48 hours (2 days-even on weekends) of placing your custom wig order at sales@mariposalace.com with "CUSTOM ORDER REVISION" in the subject header.
 
Exchange Program for Stock Lace Wigs:
Stock lace wigs that are sold from our supplier inventory can be exchanged within 3 days only if unwashed, uncombed, and uncut, for an exchange of equal value, one time only for an additional exchange fee of $50.00. If you select a wig from our local inventory, then this fee is waived. (If you exchange for a supplier wig of greater value you will have to pay the difference plus the additional $50.00 exchange fee.)  If you exchange a wig for lesser value, your difference will be issued as store credit (Store credits expire 6 months from date issued). You will also pay shipping and handling for the replacement lace wig, if applicable.
 
Exchange Program for Custom Lace Wigs:
We do not offer any exchanges on Custom Lace Wigs. Please be sure that your measurements and color selections are accurate at the time of your order. However, if you received a wig that has not met your specifications we will replace and/or repair the unit as per our warranty.
 
Product Eligibility:
Must be in original and perfect factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and uncombed) and in original packaging.
 
Items not eligible for exchange:
 If product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or  tampered with, products will be ineligible and deemed unauthorized and will be mailed back to you at your expense. Shipping Cost on Exchange Shipping charges will apply. 
 
How to request and an Exchange:
Requests for exchange must be made within 3 business days of receipt of unit(s).
